That sounds awesome! My initial reaction is that mom and pop shops are probably not a big portion of Medium’s viewership demographics. From what I can tell it skews towards programming, emerging entrepreneurship, political, and lifestyle.

That being said, I’d still encourage using medium as a starting point to publish your work. Just know that you’ll need a bit of additional effort to promote your work through channels that are more prominently viewed by your target audience.
